Manage all Engineering (front-end, back-end, mobile/app, QA & automation, DevOps, DevSecOps) and wider platform management, with a focus on building a strong engineering culture reinforced by embedding AI practices to improve our go-to-market time.Streamlined onboarding, interviewing, and established new ways of working that are focused around core engineering behaviours and values.Responsible for a large engineering budget (£20m+).
