Quality Engineering Reactivity Pilot assists the Central Engineering in ensuring the quality levels and targets are maintained during the technical development and industrialization of LCV vehicles at Luton Plant.Main Mission:1) Deploy and manage the required Quality processes in Serial Life production, in coherence with the project management standards, and in relation with the actors of the DQI and the Partnership Directions,(risks, robustness, Q3P, detection plan, Quality convergence).2) Manage any quality issues during Serial Life phase and check the implementation of any containments and final solutions necessary to achieve the Quality objectives.3) Report, alert and to request the arbitrations in the event of quality drift or negative trends.4) Deals with complex problems and steers the multi-disciplined departments and task forces needed to solve them.5) Carry out complementary analyses on the production process, the conformity of the parts and / or the product design.6) Manage all Liaisons of information with regards to quality issues between other LCV manufacturing facilities.7) Manages the central engineering department for the prompt treatment of errors in component design.8) Performs cross-sectional analysis for Quality related subjects.9) Animation of the project in anticipation of key milestones to ensure the implementation of expected deliverables from a quality perspective.10) Monitoring the supply of parts and assemblies key for quality improvement.11) Effective management and performance tracking of Engineering and Production Plant team members.
