Current Business Development & Service Representative at Mercedes Benz USA. Mercedes Benz is a luxury automotive and commercial vehicle manufacturer with headquarters based in Germany. I\'m based out of the Mercedes Benz Manhattan dealership which is the largest in the USA and generates 60% of total sales. In my role, I serve as the first point of contact for many existing and potential new customers to help them navigate all aspects of the buying process including financials, car selection, lease retention, issue resolution and privacy. I work with nearly 50 sales reps and managers to ensure they receive at least 90 qualified leads every day through both incoming and proactive outreach. I have strong communication and active listening skills and regularly cultivate relationships with customers. I am also an expert on CRM as I utilize it frequently as a platform for all customer interactions.Prior to my current role, I held a variety of other roles at Mercedes Benz USA that allowed me to gain a deep knowledge of many aspects of the business and company.
