Rick Rainho: A dedicated professional with over 29 years of experience in the Accounts Receivables field. Leads divisions to higher than expected results by treating people fairly while also holding them accountable. Provides the tools for his teams to empower people to make their own decisions and never asking anyone to do something that he was not willing to do himself. Earns respect and credibility to have a team dedicated to succeed by always leading by example and never afraid to roll up the sleeves to get the job done. From 2004 to 2008, served as Vice President over many regional collection offices spanning from Atlanta to Phoenix and from Dallas to Detroit. In 2008 was assigned to lead one of the nation’s largest Commercial collection agencies and successfully transitioned the organization from a brick and mortar structure to a 100% Work at Home (WAH) model. Successfully managed the Division through the 2009 credit crunch crisis and actually grew the division over budgeted expectations. In 2012, joined Fidelis Asset Management, Inc as Director of Operations to lead the organization in collecting accounts receivables for their client base. With huge successes of collecting money on a contingency basis, Fidelis saw an opportunity to offer a complete collection package from cradle to grave. With this new philosophy we wanted a fresh new look that would truly represent what we are about. We came up with Kinum. Kin meaning family and Num for numbers (profit). At Kinum we believe in family first before the numbers. Treat people always like family and the numbers will come. Having been asked to discuss collections to different clients as well as at many conferences and regional meetings around the country, has gained him the title as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in collecting debt legally, morally and ethically.
