Provides oversight, direction and accountability to all Inventory Control processes and ensures\\\\nteam adherence to company policy and procedure.\\\\n. Supervises the distribution center inventory control team to improve individual and overall team\\\\nperformance.\\\\n. Provides performance coaching, feedback, and counseling.\\\\n. Collaborates with Inventory Control Process Leader to develop procedural recommendations\\\\nintended to improve the overall accuracy, safeguarding, and efficient handling of all managed\\\\ninventory.\\\\n. Develops programs to maintain tight security specific to managed inventory and works with local\\\\ndistribution center management to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to product\\\\nand records.\\\\n. Ensures adequate supervision and separation of duties to protect against issues of theft,\\\\nnegligence, or gross mismanagement.\\\\n. Manages overall coordination of scheduled or requested physical inventories for assigned\\\\ndistribution centers.\\\\n. Establishes and maintains a viable bin verification program, consistent with company policy and\\\\nprocedure.\\\\n. Documents any customer specific Standard Operating Procedures, ensures they are consistent with\\\\ncompany policies and procedures, and submits them for approval by the Vice President of\\\\nInventory Performance.\\\\n. Continuously reviews inventory functions to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy of\\\\nprocesses in a dynamic environment\\\\n.
