Reporting directly to the President of the EMEA Packaging Division, with full P&L responsibility for the UK and Scandinavia packaging business and full input into strategic development of the business. Targets of the position- Achieve annual budgeted EBT- Ensure the needs of Storopack customers are met by all departments within the organisation- Deliver employee satisfaction to agreed levels, measured by the bi-annual Employee Survey. Responsibilities- Leading the organisation and ensuring all employees understand and adhere to the Storopack Vision and Guidelines- Communication of the Storopack strategy and mission to stakeholders- Formulating and implementing company policy- Directing strategy towards the profitable growth and operation of the company- Developing strategic operating plans that reflect the longer-term objectives and priorities established by the board- Regular liaison with, and reporting to President of the EMEA Packaging Division- Putting in place adequate operational planning and financial control systems- Preparing budgets and forecasts with the Financial Manager, and monitoring the operating and financial results against plans- Maintaining the operational performance of the company- Core Product responsibility for Loose Fill and Move programs- Representing the company to major customers and distributors- Working together with the Sales Director to formulate a sales and marketing plan, and devise structure of the sales team- Building and maintaining an effective management team- Full HR responsibility within the Business Unit.
