BPP Maintenance Supervisor on Cristal Stallingborough Site. Providing a valuable maintenance service to plant. Supervisor of a multi-skilled work force ensuring all elements of BPP (Base Pigment Production) maintenance are executed whilst ensuring Safety remains of highest priority. Execute all scheduled and reactive/breakdown work whilst contributing to the planning, scheduling and organisation of both planned and shutdown work. Prior to Cristal worked for TataSteel responsible for the Mechanical Integrity and Reliabilty of Three Vessels ( 320Ton Steel Convertors) within the BOS (Basic Oxygen Steelmaking) Plant. Including Oxygen Lance Systems, Oxygen Supply Systems, Sublance Sampling, Convertor/ ladle Conveyor Belt Dispensing System including High Level and Weigh Hopper Bunkers and Argon Stir System. Main Role was to maintain/develop and continuously improve all systems within my area of responsibilty. Ensuring the team carry out the right maintenance at the right time.
