With over 21 years’ experience leading complex projects and operations, I have a proven track record of delivering tangible benefits to organisations by implementing new processes and procedures in line with objectives.Most recently, I was employed as Senior Operations Manager. This involved the full management of projects, programmes and operations while leading a team of 40 colleagues.
