As the National Leader for PwC\'s Private Equity Industry Group I work with a dedicated team of PwC professionals across Canada and globally who support our Private Equity and Pension Funds clients originating and executing Deals and driving value therefrom. I also lead our Transaction Services Practice practice in Canada which helps clients evaluate deals quickly, and close transactions on the most favourable terms. Through the course of my career I have had the opportunity to work with clients on domestic, cross-border and global transactions in North and South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia. My experience has included working on both buy-side due diligence and sell-side/vendor support engagements for corporations and for financial buyers (private equity and pension fund investors). I have worked across a wide range of industry sectors, including manufacturing, telecommunications, technology, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and business services.
