I support GP practices, NHS providers and care organisations to prepare for CQC inspections with clarity, confidence, and control.With 22 years as a British Army healthcare manager followed by extensive NHS primary care leadership, I’ve led teams through complex inspections and operational challenges. I understand exactly what inspectors look for — not just in clinical care, but in robust governance, systems, evidence, and real-world staff readiness.My focus is on the areas that most commonly cause difficulty during inspections:• Training and competency records• Policy management and version control• Audit trails and evidence of compliance• Incident handling and governance oversight• Staff awareness and real-world readiness I do not assess clinical decision-making. Instead, I help practices and providers demonstrate that they are safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led — turning potential stress into calm confidence.Alongside this work, I also serve as a Metaphysical Minister and founder of The Inner Reset and the UK Branch of the International Metaphysical Ministry.
