ABOUT RICHARD OWST
I am a chartered architect with 20 Years Construction Industry experience. I have worked as an architect within traditional architectural practices and global multidisciplinary consultancies. I have also worked for seven years as an estimator within different parts of the Industry, during which time I took it upon myself to retrain as an architect. Combined with a Civil Engineering background this all gives me a rounded Industry knowledge; with both structural and budget awareness to go hand in hand with architectural knowledge and design skills.
