Richard Ouyang is a partner with Marcum LLP’s audit practice. He leverages considerable experience leading projects relating to various SOX and SEC filing and reporting requirements, consults on disclosure standards and complex technical accounting issues. Richard is particularly well equipped to serve the needs of clients interested in entering U.S. capital markets from foreign regions, as well as U.S. companies interested in listing on capital markets outside of the U.S. Additionally, Richard is an auditor with vast experience enforcing GAAS and PCAOB standards and leads major audit projects for clients in a range of industries including consumer products, life sciences, and technology.Prior to joining Friedman, Richard worked at a number of large accounting firms, including two members of the Big 4.
