As an Engineering Manager II, I was responsible for growing my stream from one cross-functional team into 3 teams. Currently, I\'m directly managing one of these teams while having the other two team\'s Engineering Managers reporting to me. My regular day-to-day duties include, empowering and growing my team members, negotiating with my product counter-parts about delivery, and using data to set the strategy for my free teams - Founded in 2013, Doctolib is the e-health leader in Europe. Doctolib improves the daily lives of more than healthcare personnel thanks to innovative medical software. Doctolib also makes access to healthcare fast and equal: more than 60 million Europeans book their appointments and manage their health via Doctolib, in a secure way. In over 30 cities of France, Germany and Italy, more than Doctolibers are dedicated to having a positive impact on the healthcare industry.
