   Responsible for managing a square foot, multi client 3PL warehouse with 200 hourly indirect reports and 5 direct reports. Partnered with upper management in establishing new client start ups within the facility. Work with all clients to ensure all SLAs were maintained, specifically on time shipping and shipping accuracy. Responsible for establishing and maintaining Lean, Safety and 7S culture within the building. Responsible to keep inventory accuracy at 99.85% for all clients. If deficiencies were found, worked with my team to create action plans to address and achieve SLAs. Compile and report finances and KPIs on a monthly basis. Set up maintenance programs for PIT equipment, dock doors and plates. Researched and interviewed different vendors for cost savings opportunities. CFR, IMDG and IATA certified for shipping of dangerous goods. Worked with upper management on budgets, forecasts and labor planning for each account in the building. Worked with employees to set up new company safety program of BBS (Behavioral Based Safety). Recruited and coaches new supervisors in each account and provided daily feedback for their development and growth. Partnered with Human Resources on addressing employee relations issues. Developed relationships with on and off-site clients to address concerns and new initiatives, providing direct feedback as to progress. Led multiple client tours for RFPs and contract extensions. Partnered with multiple clients on plans for peak periods and achieved goals set for shipping and receiving so client achieved financial goals.
