Responsible for all aspects of financial management across a rapidly growing consultancy business for renewable energy. The role is pivotal in supporting the MD and the Board in creating and implementing business strategy, leading the company\'s financial planning, cash flow, budgeting, reporting and forecasting globally. This role also has responsibility for ensuring the integrity of divisional operating plans and forecasts, providing controllership in meeting financial targets.Using financial and commercial knowledge and experience, the role provides assistance and guidance in making strategic decisions such as; rates, tenders and significant investments whilst identifying and managing the associated risks. This includes proposing and implementing business improvements to improve the profitability of the organisation. Managing both financial and non-financial staff, the position also holds the role of Company Secretary.
