As a Business Director at CSI Media since February I have dedicated nearly 25 years to managing our operations in Crewe, United Kingdom. Throughout my tenure, I have been instrumental in generating over in sales, averaging annually. This achievement reflects a consistent output of websites, software, and marketing services year after year.My experience has equipped me to handle a wide range of personalities, from technically-minded introverts to highly energetic extroverts. My approach combines a relaxed manner with the ability to switch to a more serious and driven mode when necessary.As the key driver of product development and strategy, I\'ve steered CSI Media to successfully launch new products in the Travel, Education, and Finance sectors. Notably, our Travel solution in 2014 facilitated over a year in online transactions.I\'m also part of the dynamic team that has positioned CSI Media within the top 50 UK Digital agencies.In 2014, I led a Management Buyout (MBO) of CSI Manchester LTD, acquiring a 40% ownership stake in the company.Apart from my existing responsibilities, I\'m excited to be spearheading two new ventures at CSI Media. We are in the process of launching a new platform and a proprietary software called Bloca.io. These initiatives are poised to add significant value to our offerings and further solidify our position in the industry.Balancing these professional achievements with my personal life, I am a proud father of three and a devoted husband to my incredible wife. My family’s love for sports, particularly rugby and cricket, has instilled in me a discipline that I apply in every aspect of my life.
