For the past 9 years I have played an integral role in supporting the growth and development of two unique restaurant groups, Tavistock Restaurant Collection operating 16 full service restaurants and employing 1,500+ employees across 4 states (MA, FL, GA, NV) and Freebirds World Burrito operating 64 fast casual restaurants and employing 1,500+ employees in TX. In my role as General Counsel my accountabilities include risk reduction strategy, compliance as it relates to employees and guest, lease and contract portfolio management, and insurance and benefits strategy. I have navigated both businesses through complex state and federal wage and hour regulations and been a key contributor to both business\' expansion efforts.As a people leader I enjoy developing talent and am a strong believer in team dynamics.
