EPIC SERVERS -The process and procedure for the building of Epic Servers uin the environment didn’t exist when brought aboard. Working with the Epic team, ahd to to learn the hows aand requirements for the builds. This meant a complete reengineering of VMwasre templates and the VM Customization Profiles. • SERVICENOW – Worked with the ServiceNow team to construct requests for the creation of and decommission of servers. What happened here was when a request came in fro a new server (or to decommission one), upon approval, the ticketing system would generate tickets for everyone involved to include the backup teams, monitoring, and so on.• ROUTINE – Ensuring patches for hosts were properly installed.
