As the owner of Morris Law Group, I have continued my practice of nearly forty years. I now provide full service legal assistance for many long-term business clients, with which I have developed a relationship over the years. I assist in preparing organizational documents, stock offerings, leases, vendor and other business contracts, and more. I also work on business reorganizations, inside and outside of bankruptcy, and I have successfully negotiated debts for many types of businesses, including restaurants and real estate development companies. In addition to my primary legal practice, I am myself a businessman and entrepreneur, enhancing my experience and understanding of my clients\' needs.I have also continued my longtime civil litigation practice, vigorously prosecuting and defending clients to reach the best possible outcomes at trial or in settlement. Finally, I focus much of my time on Real Estate transactional work, doing legal support work for a MLG Title, LLC, and working for many other clients.
