Previous Job Titles: Engineer Manager, Senior Mechanical and Project EngineerResponsible for Mechanical designs, assemble, test, install and service of robotic handling systems with integrated motion controls and imaging equipment. Design of SMIF pod load ports and Mask shipping box openers, robotic end effecters, and inspection tools. Create detailed part and assembly drawings, Design for Manufacture of new products from existing prototypes, manufacturing procedures and documentation, test procedures, operator and maintenance manuals, bills of materials and ECN’s. Train manufacturing and service personnel on how to assemble and test equipment. Train customer service engineers how to operate and maintain company products in the field.Use, teach and manage all Solidworks CAD seats. Established engineering, manufacture, quality, service and document control procedures for the company.
