After graduating from LBJ High School, Richard earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Texas. Since college, he’s done everything from being a regional manager for an insurance company to being a partner in a ski shop in Winter Park, Colorado. He earned numerous accolades as a mortgage lender including making Texas Monthly’s Five Star Lender list each of the first three years of its inception. When not helping clients buy or sell homes, he enjoys traveling, watching movies or sports, playing golf and other outdoor sports. Having grown up in Austin, Richard has an intimate understanding of the Austin market, giving him an advantage over others in the industry, as he can guide his clients to their ideal home using the right information for the local climate.
