I am a partner in the commercial litigation team at Clarke Willmott LLP, a large UK national law firm. I undertake commercial and intellectual property litigation work for a wide variety of UK and international clients. I advise clients on a wide variety of business disputes including commercial contract disputes, injunctions, shareholder disputes, patent infringement cases, copyright disputes, trade mark infringement, breach of confidence claims and breach of fiduciary duty, agency and partnership disputes. As well as being a Solicitor of the Senior Courts in England & Wales, I am also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
