I am lucky and privileged to lead the amazing finance team at JLR and to work on brands as iconic as Range Rover, Defender, Jaguar and Discovery. I have been on this journey 30 years but the industry has never been more challenging or exciting. At JLR we are rapidly electrifying, striving to be part of the sustainability solution, working towards progressively more autonomous driving, and evolving our distribution models. I love the challenge, the energy, the inventiveness and the passion. Some of my better thoughts and ideas come to me whilst walking my beagle in the parks around home, gardening, exercising or playing darts – the main activities that allow me to relax and recharge.
