   As the Corporate Director – HSE at WB Pipeline the TRIR went from 2.23 on my arrival to 0.30 in the next year and 0.23 the next. We held TRIR rates at 0.00 for the next 3 years. We accomplished that by building a team culture. I have had the pleasure of working with leadership that has invested in myself and the program I built and sponsored. Annual review and revise of Company safety program personally. Introduction of technology and a paperless system, along with a bold ancillary approach has allowed field safety professionals to excel. The attitude of the individual is key to building a desired and very necessary culture. Strict oversight to ensure prompt and thorough reporting has allowed for a defined and accurate response to what happens on the ground. I maintained a line of communication between all players and offered full attention to client needs, setting WB Pipeline, LLC quickly as an industry leader. I created a complete bilingual HSE system of both English and Spanish.
