ABOUT RICHARD MEEDER

I’m someone that questions everything, listens more than speaks, and knows how to help my clients meet their business objectives while exceeding their expectations. I don’t know if these qualities set me apart, but they have thus far contributed to a successful stint as a consultant in the communications and media industries. My primary field of endeavor is the strategic development of IT initiatives, which is a fancy way of saying I oversee the design and implementation of the digital connections between a business and its customers. Along the way, I’ve worked closely with the world’s largest telecommunications companies. My background includes everything from short-term assignments with an emphasis on speed and agility, to long-term, billion dollar projects, stressing organizational skills and focus. My roles have centered on organizational transformation, business readiness, technology implementation, and project management. I have never shied away from a challenge.
