Delivery of multiple strategic projects within Information Security and Technical Services, managing multiple vendors and internal resources:1) Migration of 1,800 users to RSA SecurID service, providing a new MFA solution to the Three UK Core Network and meeting key 2025 TSA measure, for internal users and over 25 vendors.2) Migration of over 50 applications to new SailPoint identity & access management service, including design, implementation, user acceptance testing and transition to live. 3) Achieving compliance to 2024 and 2025 Telecom Security Act (TSA) Management Plane and Customer Premises Equipment measures, including analysis, implementation and evidencing across multiple domains 4) Transition of key identity & access management services to new managed service vendor:• RSA SecurID• CyberArk • Active Directory 5) Multiple minor IT Security projects:• Implementation of new internet facing firewalls and user migration• MS Defender configuration review and implementation update • Deployment of Qualys Vulnerability Management Service across multiple application infrastructures • Implementation of multiple services into Security Operations Control monitoring, utilising Splunk • Migration of multiple obsolete firewalls and OS upgrades• Implementation of Governance, Risk and Compliance Tool. 6) Data Centre Migration – Relocation of a core edge DC to a new physical location. Lead PM role, with overall accountability for the project, consisting of six workstreams, three managed directly with two other PMs delivering the other two. 7) Glasgow Office Relocation – Lead PM for delivery of all IT services as part of office relocation. Including internetand dedicated circuits, new network infrastructure and desktop virtualisation. Delivered on time. T
