Prospero Group are an award-winning recruitment consultancy. We have over 350 staff in 18 offices and marketed leading divisions including Prospero Teaching and Prospero Health & Social Care. We have 13 offices in key locations across the UK, and International offices in Sydney Australia, Christchurch NZ and Toronto Canada. I have full operational responsibility across our Teaching and Health & Social Care divisions globally, and play a key role in defining and implementing the strategic direction of the business- Oversee and manage the operations of the entire group, including multiple locations, divisions and departments - Develop and execute operational strategies to drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement the group\'s vision and goals- Streamline processes and implement best practices to enhance operational effectiveness- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment across departments- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to achieve targets- Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities, both organically and through strategic partnerships- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organisation- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partnersSkills- Operations Management- Strategic Planning- Process Improvement- Cross-functional Collaboration- Team Leadership- Financial Analysis- Change Management- Relationship Building- Performance Monitoring- Problem Solving
