Unlocking potential in leaders, teams and organisations. Through - 1) Leadership development – designing and delivering leadership development or coaching that is behaviourally based. Helping leaders create a positive impact, stronger relationships and greater influence. 2) Team development – ensuring teams have the best organisational contract (goals, roles, performance standards) and social contract (trust, resilience and behavioural standards). 3) Organisational change – providing expertise in the form of business improvement methods and consulting. Especially organisation design and recovering business changes that have become stuck or are off track. I worked for 10 years in chemical and pharmaceutical production for Beechams, Ciba Geigy and Roche Vitamins and Fine Chemicals. Then commenced a career in OD and change management for the next 25 years.
