ABOUT RICHARD MASON

I am an experienced and quality focused senior test analyst who has fulfilled a variety of functional, system and user acceptance testing roles. During my testing career I have consistently met and exceeded customers expectations and can easily adapt to various project methodologies and various Test roles whether Analyst, Senior Analyst, Co-ordinator or Lead. I always think of the end user and strive to ensure a system is delivered that meets their requirements and expectations to enhance their business. I communicate well with others at all levels within project teams including third party suppliers and stakeholders. I have a reputation for being thorough, analytical and reliable in my work. Although I have primarily worked within financial services, my strengths in the testing process means I can apply these test principles and test standards to any industry or sector.
