I handle regional development for Andersen, working with businesses across Europe to explore partnership opportunities. What I do best is make connections that actually make sense: I listen to what businesses are trying to achieve, figure out where there might be alignment, and bring the right people together. The work involves a lot of relationship building: understanding regional markets, learning what drives decisions in different countries, and finding common ground between what companies need and what can be delivered.
