Leading and collaborating with teams in cross department functions. Building out reports in the Demo BI platform to monitor activities, workflow optimizations, opportunity tracking, and all this customer support related. This position also boarded into some sales support operations where we would be using the tools to identify new opportunities for adding revenue to our support customer base. Working with outside organizations a working knowledge of alternative platforms was essential with PowerBI, Tableau being the two most common.Leaning heavily into the needs of the departments as to how the data will be used and formulating strategies to optimize the processing required to deliver the correct data on time and minimize the use of unnecessary demands on available resources.Use of API’s federalized data, uploading missing data with SQL, Python and R query data. Working with cloud warehousing platforms and partners that include AWS and Snowflake.
