For thirty years, I\'ve loved helping our clients solve problems and overcome challenges. I have the privilege of representing many of the greatest companies in the Charlotte region and across the country. I focus mostly on finance, advising both lenders and borrowers in transactions from bank loans to high-yield bonds. But over my career, I\'ve done just about every type of business transaction work, from mergers and acquisitions, to venture capital, to municipal finance. I get to work with an extraordinary collection of lawyers who do great things every day for our clients and the community.I like supporting organizations that help children who need it. And away from the office, I like spending time with my wife and three grown or nearly-grown kids and close friends, being outdoors, cooking, and trying to talk my wife into getting a boxer puppy.I am admitted to practice law in North Carolina.
