Responsibilities included daily management/meetings, cost control and accounting, trainings, submittal log management, cost log management, monthly pay applications, closeout for Phase 1, field investigations/support, and mentorship of junior staff.(oversaw value of $500M worth of contract work).Delta Airlines – TBIT Corridor – Terminal 3 Phase 12•••••23)Responsible for the completion of the TBIT Corridor from cradle to grave. Performed and managed all aspects of the project on the office side, with two field personnel to assist. Project was a Tenant Improvement buildout that linked T3 to Tom Bradley Intl Terminal. Modifying a space that had existed for decades and bringing it up to code was extremely challenging, especially as a D/B project. The Corridor opened on time and on budget.(oversaw value of $10M)Delta Airlines – Main Program – Terminal 2/3 Phase 1 & 22•••••22)Responsible for the Closeout of T3 Phase 1 to complete a $600M Acquisition for Delta Airlines. Managed all the Owner Furnished Contractor Installed equipment in the final terminals. Largest responsibility was managing the activation of 202 ACAMS Security doors and over 400 security cameras to support the opening of the terminal on schedule. Served as DEI liaison for this project.
