Responsible for the development and planning service support, maintenance policy and pricing proposals for new build rolling stock and other railway equipment support contracts. • Act as HRE lead for the timely and competitive preparation of the fleet maintenance and LCC elements of all bids and tender documentation, including pricing. • Ensure the appropriate HRE maintenance strategy, tools and techniques are applied, and the development of best practice tools and techniques. • Manage the team controlling LCC data with responsibility for the prediction of whole life costs for new vehicles and equipment to ensure competitive bids.
