My journey to Managing Director at Frewer Engineering began in academia, where I developed a strong technical foundation and a passion for solving complex engineering challenges. That early grounding led me into industry, and then into the world of consultancy where I found my stride delivering high-performance solutions across aerospace, defence, energy, and beyond.As I progressed through technical and project leadership roles, I built a deep appreciation for both the precision of engineering and the importance of strategic thinking. As Projects Director, I led multi-disciplinary teams through technically demanding programmes, helping to shape our reputation for rigour, responsiveness, and innovation.Now, as MD, I’m proud to lead a team of exceptional engineers, united by a culture of trust, initiative, innovation, and collaboration.
