ABOUT RICHARD LEVINSON

Accomplished Business Analyst with a background in Project Management and Programme Office roles. In-depth understanding of Pensions and Annuities, HR and Debit Cards acquired over 20 years supporting the successful delivery of large multi-million pound IT and Business Change programmes within major global organisations. Core strengths in business process improvement and problem solving, with a reputation for attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical skills and an excellent communicator, working at all levels of organisations, delivering effective results and increased efficiency. Wide range of experience of the full project lifecycle - from initial Scoping and producing Business Cases through Analysis, Build and Testing to Business Readiness, leading Implementations and Live Proving. Self-motivated team player with Agile, Lean Six Sigma and PRINCE2 experience, consistently demonstrating a passion for the transformation of operations, processes and systems. Strong advocate of continuous improvement, evidenced through innovation and the design or early adoption of new processes, tools and ways of working – supported through providing assistance and training to end users to ensure successful embedding, delivering real benefits to stakeholders.
