Over my year\'s in fundraising I have been lucky enough to work with great people and together create amazing growth. At ShelterBox we almost doubled income from £6mil to £11 mil in two years. And the way the team were going there\'s lots more growth to come. My biggest yearly income target was £35 million (which we beat) and so far in my career I\'ve helped raise over £100 mil, which is a lot of change in the world! I\'ve managed a division with 210 people, started an entirely new community fundraising department which generated almost £1 million within 2 years. and directly managed a corporate partnership that delivered £1 mil against a target. I have carried out many full strategic reviews (which so far have worked, again thanks to incredible people I\'ve worked with), undertaken several restructures which have always been worth the pain and worked hard on creating great cultures.I have been lucky enough to be invited to speak at a variety of industry conferences, to help other charities with there strategic challenges and also work with incredible international Affiliate partners build their income. I love to exceed expectations, do things people don\'t think can be done and lead a team to achieve more than they thought possible.
