I lead the sourcing team in meeting our business partners needs for contracted goods, services, and construction with an annual value in excess of $150M- In addition to supporting day-to-day contracting activities, I have delivered the following: o Implemented FCC’s participation in the Government Accommodations and Car Rental Directory; o Secured FCC’s participation in the Government PCard program; o Implemented the Third-Party Risk Management process within the procurement team; o Implemented MERX as FCC’s bid solicitation and receiving platform; o Developed metrics and KPIs for the procurement team; o Led the development of a workload management, tracking, and reporting tool; o Implemented a new service delivery model with our business partners; o Updated FCC’s RFx templates to incorporate best practices and changes in requirements; o Supported the development of FCC’s Indigenous procurement strategy and its integration into day- to-day contracting operations; and, o Identified and implemented several initiatives to improve the procurement process and business partner experience.
