I am a visionary, analytical, and motivated environmental and sustainability manager with an extensive career leading cross-functional teams to create and establish optimal programmes that bolster sustainable practices across global regions. With significant experience in the food industry, I have established myself as a leader that is recognised for my outstanding commitment to mitigating adverse environmental impacts, transforming internal processes, optimising supply chains, and advancing the corporate vision while promoting social responsibility.Throughout my career, I developed a robust skillset including data analysis, programme development, process engineering, leadership, and cross-functional team development. I have spent the last 15 years working with Arla Foods UK, where I innovated new processes that achieved zero waste targets across 12 factory sites, transformed wastewater and solid waste handling practices, reduced the carbon output, and captured millions in cost avoidance/savings by aligning operations with progressive regulations. To secure ISO 14001:2015 certifications across 50 training sites, I also launched global Environmental & Sustainability competence trainings and new Environmental Management Systems that reached thousands of employees and bolstered holistic corporate adoption of sustainability best practices.
