Over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry (MEP background), good working knowledge of construction methodology with NEC 3, JCT and Procure21 contract experience.My recent project experience is in Pharmaceutical / Life Science (Research and Development Laboratories, Laboratories, Clean Rooms, Fill Finish and Packing Lines) however I have previous experience in Data Centre, Commercial, Office, Retail, Industrial, Education, Sports Facilities, Media, Technical, Energy Centres, Prisons and Process Environments.I am an advanced user of business systems including Microsoft Office Suite, Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, Microsoft Project, Filemaker Pro and Adobe and in most circumstances I\'m happy to pass on my knowledge and expertise to teach people.Being a planner means I\'m analytical, methodical and organised, with the capacity to handle large amounts of information whilst still being able to concentrate on on how individual elements should operate as part of the overall aim.I pride myself producing high quality detailed work which I can then communicate in numerous ways, from a high level presentation to senior management to detailed discussions with the project team.
