Responsible for delivering the recruitment strategy for Corporate Functions, which include Business Systems (IT), Risk & Pricing, Dealer/Manufacturer relations, Finance, HR and Marketing. • Develop and executing a direct sourcing / candidate attraction strategy to Motability Operations. • Manage and review of the PSL. • Establish close relationships with the business to support all resourcing activity. • Engage candidates throughout the process to ensure the candidate experience is professional and positive. • Analyse and report on market data including key trends, risks and opportunities and ensure that proactive plans are made to provide service solutions to meet business priorities. • Recruitment projects (e.g. Implementation of Applicant Tracking System and Online Candidate Attraction Methods)
