As a Business Operations Manager, I serve as the bridge between a wide range of stakeholders including business leaders, operations, sales and finance teams making sure we price our contracts fairly for our customers and have alignment against the P&L to ensure a reasonable rate of return for our shareholders. I analyze the costs associated with each contract and establish a price that will maintain the high-quality and reliability of FIS products and services which our clients expect.I like collaborating with a talented group of FIS professionals on challenging assignments at a company that rewards hard work with career growth opportunities. When I’m not in the office, you might find me on one of the nearly 200 golf courses in Central Florida.
