Currently leading a number of challenging and rewarding initiatives- Lead the Cloud Infrastructure Architecture practice by mentoring members, setting standards, providing technical guidance, and curating reusable IAC components - Developed curriculum, and personally mentor for a 6 months on the job training apprenticeship that helps individuals transition into the field of Cloud Architecture and Engineering - Deeply involved in Aquia\'s AWS Partner Network (APN) program, and helped us go from application to Advanced tier in approximately 6 months -Helped achieve a number of APN designations and competencies including GSCA and Security Competency - Fostered internal training programs to help every Aquia employee attain AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, and those in technical roles attain associate and higher certifications
