Operational ArtistAn Operations Artist manages the space between the strategic objective and the technical practitioners delivering packets of work. This is achieved through excellence in; project/program governance, management, and leadership. The fulfilment of the role draws upon 30-years of problem-solving experience, within predominantly fragile and conflict-affected states, to provide bespoke solutions - blending a range of capabilities to deliver an outcome that is greater than the sum of its parts. Monarch is a trusted partner in turbulent times. My responsibilities at Monarch fall under the ‘Protecting Democracy’ workstream. I work with teams who protect electoral integrity in an age of disinformation and cyber threats. Together we protect democratic institutions and political discourse, and we strive to keep elections free from corruption and hostile manipulation. We support the development of secure electoral voting systems, and we seek to enhance the integrity of the full portfolio of electronic electoral equipment for Election Management Bodies.
