I am an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with 38 years of experience in the construction industry, working for Consultants, House Developers, Main Contractors, and Subcontractors.Throughout my career, I\'ve successfully managed projects spanning a wide range of budgets, from small-scale ventures valued at to large-scale undertakings reaching £30 million.I started my career as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, working my way through the ranks of Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor, Managing Quantity Surveyor and a Commercial Manager/Construction Lawyer.I graduated with a Law degree (LLB (Hons) from the Open University, a Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from Leeds Beckett University, and a Membership of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb). I am also applying to become a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB).I am completing a Master\'s degree (LLM) in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution through distance learning at Leeds Beckett University.I have extensive knowledge of JCT, NEC, GC Works, and Bespoke contracts.I am working as Senior QS responsible for Commercial at Dyer and Butler working at the Port of Dover - Dover Framework Agreement 10 years plus.
