Co-founded a health technology startup and led the creation of Screenforms, a SaaS-based online referral and case-intake platform used by municipal and regional community healthcare providers across Ontario to modernize early childhood speech and language service triage.Conducted end-to-end business process analysis of the legacy paper-based and fax-driven referral workflow used by hospitals, municipal providers, and early childhood centres.Identified bottlenecks, duplication of effort, and data gaps in the intake and eligibility screening process, and translated findings into process improvement and digital modernization requirements.Designed and supervised the engineering of a cloud-based referral management platform that reduced manual triage steps and supported real-time case routing.Worked directly with stakeholders in clinical and hospital settings to streamline workflow handoffs, improve client intake data quality, and shorten referral wait times for early intervention services.Enabled more than Ontario families to receive faster and more accurate access to Speech and Language services through digital transformation and service redesign.
