ABOUT RICHARD INFANTINO
Richard Infantino has more than 30 years of experience in a variety of senior management and consulting positions. In addition, he has served as crisis manager, chief restructuring officer (CRO), interim chief executive officer (CEO), and strategic advisor. He has assisted boards of directors, company management, legal counsel, lending institutions, creditors, and other stakeholders on a variety of financial, strategic and operational issues. Mr. Infantino is a Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP) and a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy. He served as the past president and board chair of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and was the Vice President of Education and an Executive Board member of TMA’s global board of trustees in 20••••17. Mr. Infantino also chaired the TMA\'s Chapter Presidents Council and Turnaround and Transactions Awards Committee. Currently Mr. Infantino serves on the TMA\'s Certification Oversight Committee, a committee comprised of professionals from the corporate renewal industry – which is responsible for overseeing all certification activities independent of the TMA Board of Directors. These activities include establishing and upholding standards for initial certification, recertification and continuing education, issuing certificates to individuals who meet these standards, and establishing and maintaining a disciplinary process for certification of turnaround professionals.
