Powerful principles can and should be life changing, at work and home. As I taught throughout college I developed a passion for effective teaching and how it facilitates the change I saw in my students and when I was teaching in Peru. After graduating college and working in Human Resources, I saw firsthand how effective training increased employee retention, employee engagement and productivity and created an environment where people made significant changes to help their businesses grow and achieve the greatest things possible.
