Personal Services Contractor (PSC) with the DOS Bureau of Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL). Serving as a Senior Corrections Advisor within INL\'s Office of Knowledge Management, Technical Advisory Division (KM/TAD). Currently hold Secret Level Clearance. Provides technical corrections expertise in a wide variety of settings including internal department and bureau, U.S. Embassy, multi-national, and host-nation counterpart meetings, to assist the Bureau and its offices in reaching their stated goals and objectives. The SCA provides expertise in a variety of areas, to include technical assistance, outreach, contingency planning and development, training and equipment needs and program monitoring and evaluation. Serves as a resource to the Bureau, U.S. embassies, INL overseas operations, INL-funded implementers in the corrections sector, bringing together expertise from the United States, as well as other countries having innovative corrections projects and programs that could be considered by host governments. Serves as one of INL’s senior corrections experts and the primary expert for INL/AME Africa programs. Assists in developing and coordinating corrections programs in concert with other U.S. government, international, and host nation law enforcement and criminal justice programs. Focused expertise in juvenile/youthful offenders, restorative justice, and curriculum development.
