I am a proactive, hard-working, enthusiastic and committed person who can lead a team of people and work in one, with equally high success. Co-leading the Bristol Racing society has enabled me to develop my project management, resource allocation and communication skills alongside the practical application of engineering theory from my Mechanical and Electrical Engineering degree- I am someone of high integrity with a passion for learning, which is why I am always looking to better myself in knowledge and experience- Passionate about electric propulsion, having enjoyed research projects in electric machine design using analytical and FE techniques at university as well as led the Bristol Racing powertrain subteam\'s motor characterisation study- Employed practical engineering skills including CAD, coding and problem-solving throughout my internships with BAE Systems Applied Intelligence for a variety of projects at various TRL stages- Enjoy engaging in engineering team challenges both competitive and casual
